SIBS:
To publish a blog follow these simple steps:
Click on SIGN IN(upper right corner of main blog page)
Enter USERNAME (e-mail) and PASSWORD
Click on SIGN IN

To publish a blog:(this is also where you can post pictures or videos)
Click on NEW POST
Write your blog using the icons to edit your blog
Click PUBLISH POST

Once you have mastered this you can edit the posts etc from the POSTING tab.
